Design: Rectangular gold-toned metal (likely gold-plated brass or alloy) with ornate borders. Front features "CITIZENSHIP" at the top, a central blue enamel medallion inscribed "LOUIS PASTEUR JR. H.S. 67 QUEENS" around a relief emblem including a torch of knowledge, scales of justice, open book, and other symbols representing education and ethics.
