Queen Natasha, Inc. is a licensed pawnshop and independent reseller specializing in pre-owned luxury goods, including fine jewelry, watches, collectibles, and branded accessories.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorized retailer of any of the brands we sell, including but not limited to Rolex, Tiffany & Co., Pandora, or any other registered trademarks.

All trademarks, brand names, and logos used on this Website belong to their respective owners. Our resale of pre-owned goods falls under the First Sale Doctrine (17 U.S.C. § 109), which allows the resale of authentic products without brand approval.

2. Authentication & Condition of Items

We guarantee that all items sold through Queen Natasha, Inc. are 100% authentic, unless otherwise stated.

Items may be pre-owned and may show signs of wear.
We provide detailed photos and descriptions, but condition assessments are subjective.
Certain items may include certificates of authenticity, appraisals, or original packaging. If included, this will be noted in the listing.

3. Payment Terms

We accept payments via:

Fraud Prevention:

Orders may be subject to additional identity verification before processing.
We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized use.
Payments for high-value luxury goods (e.g., Rolex, Tiffany) must be cleared before shipping.

PayPal Policy: Some luxury brands have strict resale policies. PayPal may hold funds or block payments for high-value transactions. If this occurs, we recommend wire transfers for faster processing.

4. Shipping & Insurance

We ship to all U.S. states and select international destinations.

Domestic Orders: Insured shipping via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
International Orders: Customers are responsible for import duties and customs fees.

High-Value Shipments:

All orders require a signature upon delivery.
Items over $2,000 must be shipped via insured armored courier (Brinks, Malca-Amit, or FedEx Declared Value Service, or Other).

Lost or Damaged Shipments: All packages are fully insured. If a package is lost, stolen, or damaged, customers must file a claim within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy on most items, except:

Custom Orders & Special Requests

Return Conditions:

Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
Returns must include all original packaging, certificates, and accessories.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Non-Refundable Transactions:

PayPal Fees are non-refundable for returns.
Refunds for wire transfers are subject to a 5% restocking fee.

We do not guarantee availability, pricing, or accuracy of descriptions due to human error or market fluctuations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Queen Natasha, Inc. shall not be liable for:

Losses due to delayed shipping, customs seizures, or third-party services (e.g., PayPal, courier companies).

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York City, in accordance with the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules.
Customers waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits against Queen Natasha, Inc.
