Order Of Demolay Medal Presented Grand Council, Attendance, Petitions Enamel

This is a vintage merit or achievement medal from the Order of DeMolay, a Masonic-sponsored fraternal youth organization for young men founded in 1919.

The medal is presented by the Grand Council Order of DeMolay (the governing body for a jurisdiction or state/province-level council).

Top element: A large gold sunburst-style rosette or medallion with a central crowned shield. Arched text around it reads PRESENTED BY at the top, with ORDER OF DE MOLAY curving along the bottom, and ribbons/banners with GRAND COUNCIL on either side.

Suspension bars (hanging below via rings and links): Three horizontal enameled bars in sequence:

  • Top: DRAMATICS (blue enamel background)
  • Middle: PETITIONS (deep blue enamel background)
  • Bottom: DRAMATICS (blue enamel background)

The piece is gold-toned metal, with enamel inlays, and dates to the mid-20th century based on style. It was awarded for service or performance in those areas within a DeMolay chapter.
