Top element: A large gold sunburst-style rosette or medallion with a central crowned shield. Arched text around it reads PRESENTED BY at the top, with ORDER OF DE MOLAY curving along the bottom, and ribbons/banners with GRAND COUNCIL on either side.
Suspension bars (hanging below via rings and links): Three horizontal enameled bars in sequence:
- Top: DRAMATICS (blue enamel background)
- Middle: PETITIONS (deep blue enamel background)
- Bottom: DRAMATICS (blue enamel background)
The piece is gold-toned metal, with enamel inlays, and dates to the mid-20th century based on style. It was awarded for service or performance in those areas within a DeMolay chapter.
