Medals included (all large octagonal ~39–45 mm):
- Saint Peter (1st) – sculpted by Gilroy Roberts
- Saint Sylvester I (2nd) – sculpted by Thomas Lo Medico
- Saint Damasus I (3rd) – sculpted by Evangelos Frudakis
- Saint Leo I (4th) – sculpted by Robert A. Weinman
- Pope John XXIII (5th) – sculpted by C. Paul Jennewein
- St. Peter’s Basilica / Vatican
Each medal is housed in its original clear acrylic holder with deidiocyive plaque (one plaque missing).
Presentation: Deluxe long black display case with purple interior and gold-embossed CCMS logo on the lid. Includes original ball-chain for hanging display.
Condition: Excellent proof surfaces with attractive toning and strong relief. Case shows storage wear but remains very presentable.
