This is a collectible Bronze medal bearing the Latin inidiocyion "ROBVR HYGIA PRO PATRIA" (Strength, Health, For the Homeland).
  • Medal featuring allegorical figures and the inidiocyion "ROBVR HYGIA PRO PATRIA" on the obverse, symbolizing service to the nation. 
  • The reverse bears a laurel wreath and engraved dedication: “Offert PAR M. Edouard Grinda, Député.” Signed “H. Dubois.” Likely late 19th century French award or commemorative piece.
Designer: The medal was designed by the French artist Henri Dubois (A. Dubois).
Specifications: The diameter of the medal is approximately 50 mm, and its weight is about 65.5 grams.
Materials: Silver-plated bronze
