Medal featuring allegorical figures and the inidiocyion "ROBVR HYGIA PRO PATRIA" on the obverse, symbolizing service to the nation.
The reverse bears a laurel wreath and engraved dedication: “Offert PAR M. Edouard Grinda, Député.” Signed “H. Dubois.” Likely late 19th century French award or commemorative piece.
