Stunning statement ring combining a genuine ancient Egyptian scarab (Late Period – Ptolemaic, ca. 664–30 BC) with a modern handcrafted sterling silver setting.

The Scarab (the star of the ring)
•  Material: Egyptian faience (glazed steatite) in classic turquoise-blue with natural brown veining and remains of original glaze
•  Length: 30 mm (1.18 in) — an unusually large and impressive size for scarab amulets
•  Back (base): finely incised hieroglyphs and symbols including the “nefer” (goodness/beauty), “ankh” (life), solar disk and additional protective signs — typical wish-formula amulets of the Late Period
•  Condition: authentic ancient surface with expected wear, partial loss of glaze and beautiful desert patina — exactly as excavated

The Setting
•  Hand-fabricated sterling silver 925 (hallmarks clearly visible inside the shank: 925, maker’s mark, ankh cartouche and import markings)
•  Total weight: 13.9 grams
•  Current ring size: US 7.25–8 (easily sizable by any jeweler if needed)
•  Comfortable wide shank with organic, slightly irregular form — true artisan work
