Authentic 17th-Century Russian Silver Wire Kopek – Certified by NGC!
This is a genuine silver kopek from the reign of Tsar Mikhail Feodorovich (1613–1645), the first Romanov ruler – classic handmade "wire money" struck on irregular flan. This historic piece is NGC certified in F 15 (Fine 15) condition (cert #8716671-003).
The coin shows clear details of the tsar on horseback (obverse) and partial Cyrillic legend on the reverse, with attractive original toning, natural patina, and typical irregular shape for this crude early Romanov issue.
